Archiving Policy

Digital Preservation

All articles published in the Series of Conferences Journal are preserved in digital format on the journal’s official website. The journal uses the Open Journal Systems (OJS) platform, which supports structured metadata, persistent identifiers, and standardized archiving protocols to enhance long-term accessibility.

Distributed Archiving

The journal supports distributed digital archiving through recognized preservation systems such as:

• LOCKSS (Lots of Copies Keep Stuff Safe)

• CLOCKSS (Controlled LOCKSS) (where applicable)

These systems allow multiple libraries and repositories to store copies of published content, ensuring continued access even in the event of website failure or journal discontinuation.

Self-Archiving by Authors

Authors are permitted to archive:

• The published version (Version of Record)

• The accepted manuscript

in institutional repositories, personal websites, and academic networking platforms, provided that proper citation to the original publication in Series of Conferences Journal is included.

Metadata Preservation

The journal ensures that all articles are published with complete and standardized metadata, including title, author information, abstract, keywords, and references, to facilitate long-term discovery and indexing by scholarly databases and search engines.

Content Integrity
