Paper Prints Policy

Series of Conferences Journal is an open-access, online-only scholarly publication. The journal does not routinely produce or distribute printed (hard copy) versions of its published articles or issues.

Print-on-Demand

Printed copies of individual articles or complete issues may be made available upon special request for academic, institutional, or archival purposes. Such requests are subject to availability and may involve printing and handling charges, which must be borne by the requesting party.

Author Copies

Authors may independently print copies of their published articles for personal use, academic sharing, or institutional submission, provided that:

• The printed material accurately reflects the final published version.

• Proper citation to Series of Conferences Journal is included.

• The journal’s licensing and copyright terms are respected.

Institutional Printing

Libraries, academic institutions, and conference organizers are permitted to print articles or issues for non-commercial academic use, provided full acknowledgment of the journal and original publication details is maintained.

Official Record

The electronic version of each article published on the journal’s official website is considered the version of record. In case of any discrepancy between printed and electronic copies, the electronic version shall prevail.

Environmental Responsibility

In line with sustainable publishing practices, Series of Conferences Journal prioritizes digital dissemination to reduce environmental impact.
