Series of Conferences Journal is committed to transparency and fairness in all publication-related matters. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which fees, if any, may be refunded.

Article Processing Charges (APCs)

Series of Conferences Journal does not charge submission or publication fees unless explicitly stated on the journal website. In cases where fees are applicable, the following refund conditions apply.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered only under the following circumstances:

• Withdrawal of a manuscript by the journal prior to peer review due to administrative or technical reasons

• Duplicate payment made by the author

• Manuscript rejection before the commencement of editorial processing

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued under the following conditions:

• Manuscripts withdrawn by authors after peer review has begun

• Manuscripts rejected due to plagiarism, ethical violations, or failure to meet journal standards

• Delays caused by authors in revision or communication

• Publication already completed or article assigned a DOI

Request Procedure

Authors requesting a refund must submit a written request to the journal’s editorial office within 14 days of the payment date, including payment details and the reason for the request.

Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to administrative and banking procedures.

Policy Updates

Series of Conferences Journal reserves the right to amend this Refund Policy at any time. Any updates will be published on the journal website and shall take effect immediately.
