Withdrawal Policy

Series of Conferences Journal maintains high ethical standards in scholarly publishing. This Withdrawal Policy outlines the conditions and procedures for withdrawing a manuscript or published article.

Withdrawal Before Peer Review

Authors may request withdrawal of their manuscript before the peer review process begins by submitting a formal written request to the editorial office. Such requests are generally accepted without penalty.

Withdrawal During Peer Review

Withdrawal requests made after peer review has commenced will be considered only under exceptional circumstances and must include a valid justification. The editorial board reserves the right to approve or reject such requests.

Withdrawal After Acceptance

Once a manuscript has been accepted for publication, withdrawal is strongly discouraged. Requests at this stage will be reviewed carefully and may be declined due to editorial, ethical, and administrative considerations.

Withdrawal After Publication

Articles that have already been published cannot be withdrawn. In cases involving serious ethical issues, plagiarism, or errors, the journal will follow established procedures for correction, expression of concern, or retraction to maintain the scholarly record.

Withdrawal Procedure

All withdrawal requests must:

  • Be submitted in writing by the corresponding author

  • Include manuscript details and a clear reason for withdrawal

  • Be approved by the Editor-in-Chief or editorial board

Fees and Charges

If applicable, any processing or publication fees paid prior to withdrawal are subject to the journal’s Refund Policy.

Ethical Considerations

Unethical withdrawal practices, including simultaneous submission to multiple journals or withdrawal to submit elsewhere after acceptance, may result in sanctions or notification to affiliated institutions.
