Research on the path of blockchain technology to improve the efficiency and quality of enterprise financial information disclosure

Abstract

Under the tide of digital transformation and upgrading, the financial information disclosure of enterprises is facing structural contradictions such as difficulties in authenticity verification, faults in the whole process of supervision, and delays in information transmission. Based on the non-tampering, consensus mechanism and distributed storage characteristics of blockchain technology, this study systematically constructs the optimization path of "technology reconstruction-mechanism innovation-standard collaboration": through the establishment of multi-node verification network to ensure the authenticity and credibility of information, using smart contracts to achieve dynamic supervision of the whole chain, and relying on timestamp technology to build a real-time disclosure system. This path can effectively bridge the gap between technology empowerment and institutional constraints in traditional information disclosure.
