Abstract
We are pleased to present the proceedings of the 4th International Conference on Data Science and Intelligent Engineering Systems (ICDIES 2026), held in Hong Kong, China. The conference aims to provide an international platform for scholars, researchers, engineers, and industry experts to exchange ideas and share the latest research achievements in data science and intelligent engineering systems. ICDIES 2026 focus on topics such as big data analytics, artificial intelligence, machine learning, intelligent control, smart manufacturing, cyber-physical systems, robotics, automation, and data-driven engineering applications. By promoting interdisciplinary communication and collaboration, the conference seeks to explore innovative theories, advanced technologies, and practical solutions for the development of intelligent and efficient next-generation engineering systems. The papers included in this volume were selected after a rigorous peer-review process. They cover a wide spectrum of topics, including empirical research, theoretical frameworks, and case studies that address the evolving challenges in the global landscape. These contributions reflect the latest trends and offer practical solutions in the fields of data science and intelligent engineering systems.
