Abstract

This study is based on Bandura’s social cognitive theory and explores the influence of healthy morning habits on the life satisfaction of college students and the mediating role of self-efficacy. The healthy morning routine encompasses three aspects: regular sleep schedule, nutritious breakfast, and morning environment tidying. By enhancing an individual’s self-efficacy, it can improve life satisfaction. The research has revealed the internal mechanism by which morning habits affect mental health, providing theoretical basis and practical references for college mental health education.
